With the help of SWOT analysis, passportisation and Porter's analysis of five rival companies an analysis of the entrepreneurial environment, in which the company ALBO okna - dveře, s.r.o. is situated, will be carried out. This theses also comprises the evaluation of opportunities and risks resulting from the given entrepreneurial environment.

This diploma thesis deals with the establishment of a business entity, and at the same time provides an insight and methodology of the process of compiling a business plan and its application in everyday practice. At the very beginning of the work are characterized individual terms from the business environment and literature background. The following part of the diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the business environment in which the newly established entity will do business. In the very conclusion, on the basis of analyses and findings, individual proposals and recommendations are set for how to compile a business plan.

The bachelor thesis deals with a business plan. It focuses on a processing of a business plan for the establishment of a new private pharmacy in Moravany u Brna. The thesis contains theoretical knowledge concerning the basic concepts related to the business plan. Subsequently, these terms are applied in the practical part, which deals with the creation of a real business plan with the calculation of costs for its implementation and subsequent economic evaluation.

V poslední části jsou zmíněna některá místa v brněnském regionu, která podporují nebo napomáhají startupovym firmám. Obsah manuálu je založen na autorovych praktickych zkušenostech ze startapového prostředí a z různych akcí pořádanych pro začínající podnikatele.

The goal of this thesis was making a business plan for creating a ca café in the town of Žďár and Sázavou. The thesis is made up out of three parts, the theoretical, the analytical and the suggestions of solution. In the theoretical part the basic business concepts are defined, as well as making a business plan. The analytical part focused on the current situation of the market, using chosen analysis. In the final part a custom concept of a business plan for café Mňau coffee was created.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of Breclav football club and optimalization of its management. The teoretical output is described in the first part of the thesis. The analysis of the club is presented in the second part using the SWOT analysis and description of its organizational structure. Then through collected statements submited proposals for solving club issues consequental from the analysis.
